When the time is right
I started the year 2020 with the vision that in October/November, I will release my book. I had started writing it in 2015. The writings started as a diary entry but the pulse of them becoming a book became stronger with time. I often doubted this decision and self-doubt would kick in, accompanied by many other negative thoughts. In the midst of all that, the desire only became stronger to a point where I had to share it with my family who supported the desire so much that I stand here having my dream a reality. By family, I am not only referring to my blood relatives, but also to the many wonderful mothers, fathers, brothers, and sisters with whom I have been blessed in my life. These wonderful individuals are the perfect example of how far we can go if our very own people support our dreams. Oh, my former friend FEAR also came to join the party. Visit (http://blog.ndumiemyataza.co.za/2020/06/05/an-antidote-for-fear/ ) to see how I dealt with her.
Once I had successfully dealt with the issues within me, external factors presented themselves as obstacles along my journey. These include seemingly light issues such as struggling to get a laptop and some major ones such as unemployment and the global pandemic notorious associate, retrenchment. It, therefore, with the greatest pleasure to share with you that all of those challenges I overcome! At the right time, God made it happen!
Do you have a dream that has been lingering, but life seems to be getting in the way? Do not panic, at the right time, it will happen. At the right time, God will make it happen. If He has done it for me, He will definitely do it for you.
I will be launching my book launch named, Oh, but Divorce: Looking at divorce through the eyes of the affected child. You, my dear friend, are invited!
